Cloudflare, a CDN service provider, has entered India with the opening of 3 data centers in New Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai, expanding the CloudFlare global network to 68 locations.
These data centres will help websites using the Cloudflare CDN to serve faster content to their Indian visitors. Internet speeds are quite slow in India with minimal broadband
penetration. Even the mobile internet services like 4G/3G are available in major cities and towns that too with bad coverage. Most of the people elsewhere use 2G GPRS/EDGE connectivity to access the internet, which is of quite slow speeds. So if the websites are accessed via CDN nodes in India, people will be able to experience better browsing even with the slower internet speeds.

Cloudflare is one of the most popular CDN service due to its free CDN plan, website optimization features, various security scripts for popular platforms like WordPress, and advance DDOS attack mitigation option.
This website too used Cloudflare CDN and as I checked its data is now served from Delhi server on accessing it from Delhi. It is reached in only 7 hops and in merely 22ms!
